Overview
Health Assessment plays a vital role in nursing process in assessing and
determining the client’s health issue and designing care plans and nursing
interventions. This module will provide nurses with opportunities to develop a wide
range of clinical assessment strategies for a range of individuals with various
physical health concerns, using a systems approach.
