Overview
Team dynamics in health care involves the team’s attitudes, interactions and
behaviors while working together to achieve patient care goals. A good team that
follows right principles of team dynamics can deliver exceptional care to the patients
leading to better prognosis. The aim of this module is to prepare the participants in
managing critical patients while working with a multidisciplinary team following
effective teamwork principles.
