Diksha Chann took a significant step in her nursing career by enrolling in the Critical Care Nursing program at Niagara College. As an Internationally Educated Nurse, she was determined to enhance her skills and adapt to the complexities of critical care in Canada. Through her dedication and perseverance, she successfully transitioned into the Canadian healthcare system and is now working as an Oncology Nurse at William Osler Hospital, Ontario, making a meaningful impact as an RN. She is also working as a Clinical Instructor at Seneca Polytechnic. Frank Cuvin\u2019s journey toward Global Nursing began with the Graduate Certificate in Nursing Leadership & Management and Chronic Disease Management programs at Seneca Polytechnic. While pursuing his studies, he worked as a Student Advisor at INSCOL Mississauga, supporting fellow Internationally Educated Nurses. His dedication and perseverance led him to successfully clear the NCLEX-RN in January 2024. From the moment she arrived in Canada, Tenzin Tsepak immersed herself in the healthcare field, starting her journey as a Registered Nurse. Balancing work while pursuing her Graduate certificate in Nursing Leadership & Management at Seneca Polytechnic, she progressed into a Nursing Supervisor role and continued to work as an Emergency Nurse for a year. Today, she serves as a Nursing In-Charge at a long-term care facility while also working as a Rehabilitative Nurse in a medical-surgical unit at a hospital.
