Many nurses dream to be a global nurse with a thriving career. Ireland offers various job and career opportunities for internationally educated nurses. If you are an aspirant, then here are a few things that you need to know.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Education Requirement <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The candidate needs to mention the detail of training in their respective nursing fields. In this, they have to mention &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"point-global\" style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">\n<li>The name of the training program<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Start and the finish dates<\/li>\n<li>Total theoretical hours and content<\/li>\n<li>Clinical practice hours and the area of practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is necessary for the candidate to complete both the sides of Form A and get it duly signed and dated with an official stamp. However, the candidate is required to provide a genuine explanation stating the reason behind the gap of six months or more between the date of program completion and the date of registration.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Employment Reference Requirement\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul class=\"point-global\" style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The employment reference should be from the current employer, where the candidate is practicing. If the current employer has less than twelve months experience, then a second reference is mandatory from the previous employer.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is important to get the reference signed by the Director of Nursing \/Midwifery or the Matron of the Nurse\/Midwifery Manager. In case this is not possible, the candidate should provide an explanation and attach it to Form B.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a special case, a reference signed by the Human Resource Department or Doctor (Head of Department) is also accepted.
